This tower is located in Shariati Street, one of the most expensive commercial streets in Tehran. Due to the large number of commercial buildings located there, to be eye-catching was the main request of the employer.

The combination of office and commercial use from point of view of the form has a subtle distinction :

The commercial building must be designed in such a way that it can be seen and attract attention from the outside, and the office building, conversely, must prioritize visibility from the inside to the outside. In this way, this distinction showed itself in the form:

The commercial section became a transparent volume attached to the pedestrian of the main street, and the office section showed itself as a volume with double-skin facade in order to be safe from direct sunlight and the hot weather of Tehran.
